We will be closed Tuesday January 23rd for most of the day to do our annual inventory. We will open back up once we are done. That is usually around 5pm, sooner if we can work it out.
Thanks for bearing with us. We are just trying to keep our database as accurate as possible.
Our remaining RSD titles are now available for sale on the following page:
Some titles are in very short supply while we have a reasonable supply of others. We will try to keep the list updated regularly. Orders will be filled first come, first served. We will do our best to fill your orders but we can guarantee we will have everything ordered. Thanks for your understanding.
Currently these are the only titles which may be purchased on the site but we are working on finally restoring full mail order functions very soon.
Here we go again… All Reckless locations will be open normal hours on RecordStoreDay 2016. Like previous years, RSD product is first come, first served. We cannot hold items in advance and all items are one per customer. We do our best to stock as much RSD product but there are likely to be things we don’t get at all or that there will be extrememly limited quantities of. We suggest getting to the stores early. We’ll be posting our list of what we expect to have later in the week. Every location will have some cool freebies to give away as well. Happy hunting!

We are very proud to be the only record store in AMERICA carrying tapes, CDs & LPs from two of our favorite independent labels, Beer on the Rug & Orange Milk.
These are two of the most well-loved tape-centric experimental/electronic/synth/weirdo labels in the american experimental underground. We are ordering direct from the labels and look forward to carrying all of their new releases!
If you have ears and like new sounds, we encourage you to stream some tunes and get acquainted!
Most of their releases are very limited (some for under 100), so don’t sleep!
We’ve teamed up with Chicago’s much beloved Kranky to bring you…every release that they’ve ever done. That’s right, Reckless has every Kranky release (the ones that are still in print that is), many of which are at a discounted price. Any Reckless location, Kranky everyday…
